Registration Information: We are limited to 200 participants, and ALL MUST PRE-REGISTER so we can give the Army names for security purposes. NO walk-ins will be allowed, sorry. Gates will open on the 20 October at 1300hrs through 2300hrs and on the 21 October at 0630hrs to 0800 hrs. Once past 0800hrs on the 21 October the gates will be closed. Safety and Authenticity inspection will be conducted promptly at 0810hrs, battle commences at 0900hrs. Suggestion: Unit Commanders collect all of your units registration forms and checks and send them in one envelope to insure entire unit participation. Vehicles: Please Contact Event Coordinator for details. Event Information: This will be a one day battle. Participants may spend the night on Friday, 20 October but must be cleared of the campsite by 1800hrs on Saturday, 21 October. Type of Camping: Primitive. There will be no electric or running water. Be advised that potable water will be provided, but you need to pack along washing and cleaning water. Restrictions: All tracked vehicles must stay on non-paved roads. Off loading will be coordinated with event staff. This means they can not cross the paved road to the camping area. Fenced areas are off-limits. Tampering with sampling devices is prohibited. Rules and Regulations: The HRS safety and authenticity bylaws will be followed. Unit commanders have the responsibility to ensure their units are in compliance. Event staff will conduct a safety and authenticity check prior to going into the field. Haircut checks will be done at the check in at the registration building. Any violations in safety and authenticity will result in unit member not participating, and the unit not being welcomed back. |
